Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2‑3 business days upon successful payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or UK public bank holidays will be processed on the next working business day. Extended processing times may apply during peak sale periods and holiday seasons. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated transit time is 7‑21 business days after shipment. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can be caused by carrier disruptions, bad weather, customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your parcel is shipped. Tracking details may take 24‑48 hours to update within the carrier system. Please check your spam or junk inbox if you do not receive the shipping notification.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates without prior notice.

International Shipping

For cross‑border international orders, the customer is fully responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, clearance fees and any extra charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost. We will not issue refunds for parcels refused due to customs‑related charges.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

  • If tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with your local courier, neighbours or safe drop‑off location, then contact our support team.
  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date. We may require photographs of damaged goods and packaging to complete your claim.
  • We accept no liability for parcels marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.
